This multiple-stage segmentation research was for a leading cancer charity and featured a large number of groups and participants, as well as depth interviews.
With all the respondents having been impacted by cancer in some way, this research needed to be handled in a way that both was respectful of participants while encouraging and embracing open discussion.
Recruitment involved free find as well as contacting individuals involved with the charities.
