This project was for a leading multinational tobacco brand, wanting to conduct a study in the USA, UK and Canada. This project required stringent quota management, which was based on device uses as well as strict NDA and consent forms.
Utilising an online community of over four hundred people, we posted out various products for day-to-day trials, use and feedback.
We followed this up with workshops in each market, with further product tests sourced worldwide.
One of the major challenges of this project was finding suitable venues for the viewing sessions which allowed smoking inside.
